Motion capture is a pivotal technology that has revolutionized various industries, from entertainment and sports to healthcare and robotics.
This paper provides a concise overview of motion capture technology, including its methods, applications, and the associated advantages and disadvantages. Motion capture is a versatile tool with applications in fields such as entertainment, healthcare, and robotics. The advantages of precision and efficiency it offers are balanced by challenges related to cost, equipment, and privacy concerns. Understanding these aspects is crucial for harnessing the full potential of motion capture in several trades.
