Submission Guidelines

Submission of a paper in KJCS infers that the work presented has not been published before and is not under consideration for publication elsewhere. The submission should be approved by all authors and has obtained all ethical compliances, permission from funding/sponsoring organizations. Once the manuscript is accepted by KJCS, it is the responsibility of the authors/ organizations for not publishing the work elsewhere. When the paper is under consideration by KJCS, it cannot be submitted anywhere until and unless the same is withdrawn or rejected by the journal. The paper once submitted can be withdrawn only after the review result. The journal follows a double-blind review process. The number of pages can be limited to seven pages.

All the submitted papers are reviewed and assessed based on its technical suitability, scope of the work, plagiarism level, and other ethical compliances. Once it passes the first level, the paper shall be considered for a double-blind peer-review process by at least three reviewers. The manuscript will be reviewed on the basis of originality, clarity, completeness, significance, and research contributions. Based on the recommendation by the review members, the articles may be Accepted, Reconsidered after Minor correction, Reconsidered after Major corrections, or Rejected.
