Kristu Jayanti Journal of Core and Applied Biology (KJCAB) is the official Journal of the Department of Life Sciences, Kristu Jayanti College (Autonomous), Bengaluru. Over the past few decades Biological Sciences has taken giant strides in understanding the living world and enabling technologies that make life comfortable. Gaps are being continuously filled and the story of life is narrated with renewed precision each passing day. While disintegration of core biology into sub-disciplines enabled in-depth understanding of the fundamentals of living systems, integration through multidisciplinary narratives helped to solve problems and create technologies. This journal will cater to the needs of the scientific community through the dissemination of current and curated data on the diverse yet interwoven disciplines of Fundamental and Applied Biology.
